- Roadtest, inspect the integrity of the steering and suspension components, inspect the front and rear tires, inspect for excessive "play" in the wheel bearings and other related components, and advise: Customers concern that there's a noise coming from the rear as I inspected the car I tested the wheel bearing in the wheel bearing is fine and as I checked the tires found out that the tires has deep cupping and creates a humming sound while driving. Recommend tire rotation and balance the tire.
- DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT, REASSEMBLE.
