- FOUND:I test drove the vehicle and verified the customer's concern. There is a significant noise present while operating the vehicle in four-wheel drive high and four-wheel drive low. I performed the necessary diagnostic testing and suspect that the viscous clutch inside the transfer case is sticking due to fluid breakdown.
