- REMOVE THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR PANEL FOR ACCESS. INSPECT THE WINDOW OPERATION AND ADVISE. NOTE: THE CUSTOMER REMOVED THE FUSE AND HAS IT TAPPED TO THE DASH.
- FOUND: I inspected the passenger side power window and confirmed the client's concern that the window is inoperable. I reinstalled the fuse and checked for power at the motor and found there is no power in the up position. I continued the diagnosis and found there is no signal present from the passenger side window switch. I continued tracing the circuit to the driver side window switch and found power and ground are present at the switch however there is no power out in the up position. This is an indication of an internal failure with the master window switch located on the driver's door. Recommend replacing the master window switch.

- Extract the existing brake fluid, replenish the system with fresh fluid, bleed the system of any air or preexisting brake fluid.
- Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
