- PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
- FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and verified the customers concern with the check engine light is illuminated. I performed a test drive and found the check engine light to be flashing intermittently under acceleration. P0335 crankshaft position sensor circuit. P0315 no crankshaft sensor learned. P0300 random misfire detected. P0335 code will set when the PCM does not detect any crankshaft position sensor signals or it detected incorrect signals from the crank sensor. PCM uses this position along with other inputs to determine injector sequence and ignition timing. Given the age and mileage of the vehicle, I recommend to substitute a known good crankshaft position sensor. Recheck and verify proper operation. Continue diagnosis if needed. Recommend replace crankshaft position sensor. Recheck and verify proper operation. Continue diagnosis if needed.
- DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR, REASSEMBLE, TEST FOR PROPER OPERATION.
- FOUND:
- Inspect the tire PSI and Inflate to Proper Specifications Front ____35_PSI Rear__35___PSI
- Replace the battery as required, reassemble with equipped hold-down hardware.
