  • INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAKS AND ADVISE:
  • FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and verified the customer's concerne, that there is a coolant leak present. I performed a cooling system pressure test and inspection and found coolant leaking from the coolant distribution pipe assembly. This assembly is located on the driver side of the cylinder head. Recommend replace coolant distribution pipe assembly. Recommend replace plastic coolant line between expansion tank and water distribution assembly. Recheck and verify proper operation.
  • DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE COOLANT DISTRIBUTION PIPE ASSEMBLY AND EXPANSION TANK HOSE, REASSEMBLE, REPLENISH COOLANT, BLEED THE SYSTEM.
  • DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE RIGHT AXLE SHAFT ASSEMBLY, REASSEMBLE.
  • * ADJUST THE FRONT AND REAR TOE SLIGHTLY LESS THAN THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED "NEGATIVE" SETTINGS.
  • Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
