  • INSPECT THE BRAKES AND ADVISE ON RECOMMENDED REPAIRS.
  • FOUND: We recommend a rear brake service.
  • Install premium grade brake pad set, clean and lubricate the caliper guides and hardware, inspect the hydraulic system reassemble and make adjustments as required. Remove brake rotors for resurfacing or replacement.
  • PERFORM THE REQUIRED REAR BRAKE ACTUATOR CALIBRATION PROCEDURE.
  • Extract the existing brake fluid, replenish the system with fresh fluid, bleed the system of any air or preexisting brake fluid.

  • REPLACE THE ENGINE AND CABIN AIR FILTERS
  • DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT, REASSEMBLE.
  • Inspect the tire PSI and Inflate to Proper Specifications Front _____PSI Rear_____PSI
  • Clean the throttle body and butterfly valve, clean the mass air flow sensor, induce a cleaner to service the intake valves, intake plenum, combustion chamber, piston tops, + add a concentrated cleaner to the fuel tank. Take advantage of these cleaning chemicals by filling your fuel tank right away!
  • INSPECT AND ADVISE: Customer states there is a whining noise from the engine when accelerating from 20 mph Test drove and confirmed whining noise coming from front of the vehicle when under acceleration, noise does not change as the transmission goes through the gears, but noise does go away when you are off the gas. Noise is heard only while under load Inspected vehicle with shop foreman and we found front differential inside of transmission is making the whining noise. Removal of the transmission for required repairs or replacement.
  • DISASSEMBLE, REMOVE ACCESSORIES AND COMPONENTS TO GAIN ACCESS, REMOVE THE TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY FOR SUBLET REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT, REINSTALL THE TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY, REASSEMBLE, REPLENISH FLUID, MAKE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AND PROGRAMMING, ROADTEST FOR PROPER OPERATION.
  • REPLACE THE REAR CRANKSHAFT SEAL
  • Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
