    • FOUND:
    • FOUND:I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the client's concern that the check engine light is illuminated and there is a code stored for oxygen sensor operation. I monitored the oxygen sensor voltage while performing a test drive and found the oxygen sensor voltage will not switch above .5 volts. I attempted an oxygen storage test on the catalytic converter and found the catalytic converter appears to operate as designed however the switch rate does not increase on the downstream oxygen sensor.

    • FOUND:
    • I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customer's concern that the horn does not operate. I found the horn switch signal from the horn switch to the body control module good. I inspected the relay and the fuse and found no indication of a fault. I accessed the horn wiring behind the left front headlight and found there is no power present. There is damage to the wiring harness behind the fender and front bumper fascia liner.
    • Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
    • Inspect the accessory drive belts, exterior conditions of the coolant hoses, fluid levels and condition, steering and suspension components, brake system, tire condition and air pressure, windshield wipers and exterior lights. Note; our inspections provide a basic "snapshot" of the vehicle condition at the time. As much as we would like, we cannot predict or guarantee a trouble free road trip with any automobile.

    • Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
    • Install premium grade brake pad set, clean and lubricate the caliper guides and hardware, inspect the hydraulic system reassemble and make adjustments as required. Remove brake rotors for resurfacing or replacement.

    • Flush the entire power steering fluid system using a chemical solvent to suspend debris and dissolve varnish, refill and bleed the system using modern flushing equipment, add a system conditioner to extend the hydraulic components life and promote smooth operations.
    • Found rodent damaged wiring at LF headlamp wiring. We restored/repaired damaged wiring. LF headlamp is now working. Rec RR turn signal bulb (burned out) Further inspections, when the high beams are activated from driver switch, both front headlights go out. We verified the circuit is intact and no fuses have blown. Further diagnostics will be required to determine the cause. Suspect a problem with the currently installed aftermarket headlight bulb assemblies but will to diagnose further in order to confirm.
    • FOUND:
    • Induce a cleaner to service the intake valves, intake plenum, combustion chamber, piston tops, + add a concentrated cleaner to the fuel tank. Take advantage of these cleaning chemicals by filling your fuel tank right away!
    • Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
    • Pressure test the system, inspect the accessory drive belts and cooling system hoses, drain and refill the cooling system.

    • FOUND: Stored DTC's Engine P0773-00 Ambient Air Temp sensor circuit `A` high Further inspections found rodent damaged wiring to Ambient Air Temp sensor Rec repair/restore wiring and re-check operation Due to accessibility, additional labor charges may be incurred Upon completion of wiring repairs we found the Ambient Air Temp to be reading correctly.
    • THE CUSTOMER STATES HE REPLACED THE AMBIENT AIR TEMP SENSOR TO REPAIR THE "CHECK ENGINE" LIGHT. THE DASH TEMP READ 70 ALL THE TIME. THE DASH SHOWS NO TEMP AT ALL.THE LIGHT IS STILL ON. INSPECT AND ADVISE ON NEEDED REPAIR.
    • USE THE FACTORY RECOMMENDED OIL TYPE AND QUANTITY.
    • WE REMOVED THE FRONT BUMPER FOR ACCESS, WE FOUND THE SENSOR WIRE HAD BEEN CHEWED THROUGH BY A RODENT. AT THIS TIME WE REPAIRED THE WIRING AND FOUND THE SYSTEM IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.
