FOUND:The customer States there's a coolant leak. I pressure tested the cooling system and noticed there is a major leak coming from the radiator. Recommend replacing the radiator and pressure testing the cooling system again. The start stop button take several attempts before the engine will start. Recommend replacing the starter button.

PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
FOUND:The customer described extended cranking time was not duplicated at this time. The check engine light is illuminated. We retrieved a stored DTC for the crankshaft position sensor. Freeze frame data shows that this code was set with a coolant temp of 190 ° with vehicle at idle. The DTC set after an engine hot soak. P0321 Engine speed sensor (G28) implausible signal P0300 random misfire detected P0301 cylinder 1 misfire detected P0302 cylinder 2 misfire detected The spark plugs and ignition cables were replaced at last visit. There were no problems found with these repairs. I inspected the wiring at electrical connector and found there to be proper voltage. At this time we recommend to replace the engine speed sensor. Perform a test drive and recheck for proper operation.
DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR, REASSEMBLE.
Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
Induce a cleaner to service the intake valves, intake plenum, combustion chamber, piston tops, + add a concentrated cleaner to the fuel tank. Take advantage of these cleaning chemicals by filling your fuel tank right away!

WE FOUND THE FRONT BRAKE LININGS IN SPECIFICATIONS. THE REAR BRAKES ARE CRACKED CAUSING A LOUD SQUEAKING WHEN APPLIED. WE RECOMMEND TO PERFORM A REAR BRAKE SERVICE WITH NEW BRAKE ROTORS FOR REPAIR.
Install premium grade brake pad set, clean and lubricate the caliper guides and hardware, inspect the hydraulic system reassemble and make adjustments as required. Remove brake rotors for resurfacing or replacement.

PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
FOUND:P0300 P0303. Misfire cylinder number 3. I test drove the vehicle and was unable to get the engine to misfire. I performed a visual inspection and found the air cleaner box has been repaired with duct tape, the mass airflow sensor and a couple of the ignition coil connector lock down tabs have been broken off as well as the two screws that lock down the harness and help keep the ignition coils held down are missing. All 4 coils are newer Bosch coils and show no physical damage. At this time I recommend the customer continue to drive the vehicle and bring it in when it is acting up.
