- FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and verified the client's concern that the auto start stop system is disabled and the ABS warning light is illuminated. I retrieved diagnostic trouble codes related to the auxiliary battery voltage condition. I tested the auxiliary battery and found the auxiliary battery has failed and will require replacement. I tested the main battery and found the main battery is within specification at this time. Recommend replacing the auxiliary battery, clearing the codes and reevaluating the ABS system for additional potential faults.

- FOUND: Customer brought the vehicle in with a concern of stalling and the engine running rough. During my test drive I was not able to duplicate the customer's concern. Before I took a second test drive i found that the engine is very low of oil. Dipstick is not registering any oil. We changed the oil and found about 1 quart in the engine. At this time we are going to recommend to monitor and advise.

- Check and Advise I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customers concerned check engine light is illuminated. Using a scanner, I was able to retrieve a stored diagnostic trouble code. P0456 evaporative control system fault very small leak detected. I had to remove the right rear wheel and the splash shield for the right rear wheel in order to gain access to the leak detection pump for a detailed inspection of the Evaporative System. Using specialized equipment including the use of a pressurized smoke machine I performed the necessary diagnostic testing and found the system to be sealed. At this time I suspect an intermittently leaking natural vacuum leak detection module. Recommend replace natural vacuum leak detection module. Suggests replace gas cap. Recommend monitor the condition.

- Roadtest, inspect the integrity of the steering and suspension components, inspect the front and rear tires, inspect for excessive "play" in the wheel bearings and other related components, and advise: Customer brought the vehicle in with a concern of the vehicle shaking at low speed turns in drive or reverse. During my test Drive I was able to duplicate the vibration but very slight. This vibration felt, at low speeds in auto, on the four-wheel drive system you will feel this because the front wheel is trying to engage four wheel drive due to the fact that you're turning and when turning the wheel speed is slower than the rear. I recommend driving it in two wheel drive and not in auto.
