INSPECT AND ADVISE:
Roadtest, inspect the integrity of the steering and suspension components, inspect the front and rear tires, inspect for excessive "play" in the wheel bearings and other related components, and advise: WE DUPLICATED THE DESCRIBED SYMPTOM AND FOUND THAT THE POWER STEERING PUMP HAS FAILED.
DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE POWER STEERING PUMP ASSEMBLY, REASSEMBLE, TEST FOR PROPER OPERATION.
Flush the entire power steering fluid system using a chemical solvent to suspend debris and dissolve varnish, refill and bleed the system using modern flushing equipment, add a system conditioner to extend the hydraulic components life and promote smooth operations.

PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
FOUND: Customer states that the service steering system warning light indicator has illuminated and there is a loss of steering assist as I inspected the car and found out that the power steering pump is making a lot of noise/ grinding which prevents it from turning the wheel. And as I inspected furthermore I found out that there is a check engine light and has a code for po300 multiple misfire, and also a cold co450 steering assist actuator circuit current above the threshold but I also found out that there is a problem with the charging system with the voltage regulator internal with the alternator from 12 volts with loads on voltage drop all the way to 10 volts. Recommend replacing the power steering pump, power steering flush and the alternator assembly [OE] and continue with the diagnostic after replacing this parts.
DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY, REASSEMBLE, TEST FOR PROPER OPERATION.

Pressure test the system, inspect the accessory drive belts and cooling system hoses, drain and refill the cooling system.
Drain or vacuum extract the differential oil as required, refill with the correct oil (does not include removal of the differential cover).
