FOUND: WE FOUND THE FRONT BRAKES METAL TO METAL AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT WITH NEW BRAKE ROTORS AND SENSORS.
Install premium grade brake pad set, clean and lubricate the caliper guides and hardware, inspect the hydraulic system reassemble and make adjustments as required. Remove brake rotors for resurfacing or replacement.
Extract the existing brake fluid, replenish the system with fresh fluid, bleed the system of any air or preexisting brake fluid.

INSPECT AND ADVISE: I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customers concern, that the trunk does not open from the release switch on the driver's door. Using the handheld key fob the trunk opens properly. Further inspections confirmed that the switch is faulty. Recommend replace trunk release switch at driver door. Disassemble, replace the switch, reassemble, test for proper operation.
AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace
Wash and wax the exterior, clean the wheels and wheel wells, vacuum and clean the carpets, seats, trunk and door panels, clean windows, and apply dressing to the tires, vinyl, and plastic.

FOUND: I performed a visual cooling system inpsection and found that the radiator is leaking at the driver side in addition to the expansion tank. The upper and lower radiator hoses appear to be original. Recommend replace expansion tank, replace radiator assembly, replace upper and lower radiator hoses and replace thermostat assembly.

FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and confirm customer concern, that the glove box door will not open. I suspect the glove box door latch and or cable assembly that it is attached to, is stretched. At this time I have not been able to get the glove box door open. I inspected the vehicle and confirmed customers concern, that they passenger door lock will flutter up and down. I suspect the passenger side door lock actuator has failed. At this time I recommend to send the vehicle to dealership for passenger door lock actuator replacement and glove box handle/latch replacements.

Remove the transmission pan, clean and inspect for excessive debris, replace the filter or clean the screen, reassemble the transmission pan with a new gasket or seal, refill with factory specified fluid.
