INSPECT AND ADVISE: I inspected the vehicle and verified the client's concern that there is an intermittent noise from the engine. I found the accessory drive belt is worn and will require replacement. This belt spins the alternator and AC compressor. The water pump belt appears to have been previously replaced and is in good condition. Recommend replacing the alternator and air conditioning belt.
DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT, REASSEMBLE.
DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE LOWER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLIES, REASSEMBLE.
DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE FRONT STRUT/COIL SPRING ASSEMBLIES AND BOTH REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS, REASSEMBLE.
Rotate the tires front to rear to extend tire life.

PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and verified the client's concern that the check engine light is illuminated and there is no significant drivability issue present. I retrieved diagnostic trouble code P13B which indicates there is a response fault with the rear oxygen sensor. I performed necessary diagnostic testing and confirmed the response time of the rear oxygen sensor is slower than anticipated. Recommend replacing the oxygen sensor, clearing the code and resetting the Adaptive fuel strategy. Once this is complete I will test drive the vehicle and verify there are no additional false present.

FOUND: I inspected the power window operation and confirmed the client's concern that the driver's window fails to properly operate. I performed necessary diagnostic testing and found there is power and ground available at the window motor however the window motor fails to operate. Replacement of the power window motor will be required.

THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE DASH WITH AN OBVIOUS MISFIRE CONDITION.
FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and verified the client's concern that the check engine light is illuminated and there is a significant drivability issue present. I retrieved diagnostic trouble code P0303 which indicates there's a misfire concern on the number three cylinder. I performed necessary diagnostic testing and confirmed that the engine is misfiring on multiple cylinders. I inspected the secondary the ignition system and found the number one spark plug is fouled. I inspected the cylinder using a camera assembly and found the number one fuel injector is leaking fuel into the cylinder.
