Install premium grade brake pad set, clean and lubricate the caliper guides and hardware, inspect the hydraulic system reassemble and make adjustments as required. Remove brake rotors for resurfacing or replacement.
Extract the existing brake fluid, replenish the system with fresh fluid, bleed the system of any air or preexisting brake fluid.
USE THE FACTORY RECOMMENDED OIL TYPE AND QUANTITY.
REPLACE THE CABIN AIR FILTER
Wash and wax the exterior, clean the wheels and wheel wells, vacuum and clean the carpets, seats, trunk and door panels, clean windows, and apply dressing to the tires, vinyl, and plastic.

PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
FOUND: The customer States that the check engine light came on with no obvious symptoms. The vehicle came in with DTC p2070 intake manifold tuning valve Bank One stuck open, p2006 intake manifold flap Bank 1 stuck closed, p2007 intake manifold flap 2 stuck closed, and p2404 evap leak detection pump send circuit implausible signal. Upon inspection I found a vacuum hose that goes to the intake manifold tuning valve was broken causing a vacuum leak on the EVAP system and causing the manifold tuning valve to not have sufficient vacuum to open the manifold flaps. I fixed the vacuum line and take it for a test drive. No codes came back at this time.

Confirmed whine type noise present. I inspected the power steering system and found the fluid level to be low in the reservoir. I then inspected the steering gear and power steering lines for leaks and found no leaks at this time. At this time, I topped off the power steering fluid it (was about 1/4 of 1 liter low). Note the fluid level for the power steering fluid is checked with the engine off I verified the power steering fluid level and then test drove the vehicle approximately 4 miles with no further faults or symptoms. Rec monitor and advise
Roadtest, inspect the integrity of the steering and suspension components, inspect the front and rear tires, inspect for excessive "play" in the wheel bearings and other related components, and advise:
Rotate the tires front to rear to extend tire life.

PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
FOUND:I inspected the vehicle and found code P0340 and code p0345 present. These codes indicate faults with the bank 1 and bank 2 camshaft position sensors. During the inspection I found no indication of a fault with the sensors. I cleared the codes and test drove the vehicle without incident. I performed an ohms check on the sensors and found them within specification. These sensors are a high failure rate item and I suspect they are failing intermittently. Suggest replacing the left and right side camshaft position sensors and monitoring.
CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR – DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE BOTH SENSORS, REASSEMBLE, TEST FOR PROPER OPERATION.
