  • FOUND: – FRONT PADS ARE NEW BUT EXCESSIVE RUN OUT ON ROTORS CAUSING VIBRATION WHEN BRAKING, REPLACE ROTORS WITH NEW PADS, REAR BRAKE PADS AT 3 MM AND EXCESSIVE RUNOUT, REPLACE REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS – SEE BRAKE SERVICES BELOW
  • Install premium grade brake pad set, clean and lubricate the caliper guides and hardware, inspect the hydraulic system reassemble and make adjustments as required. Remove brake rotors for resurfacing or replacement.

  • Extract the existing brake fluid, replenish the system with fresh fluid, bleed the system of any air or preexisting brake fluid.
  • TEST THE HEADLIGHTS (LOW AND HIGH BEAMS), TAIL AND BRAKE LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS, PARKING LIGHTS, SIDE MARKERS AND ADVISE:
  • DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT, REASSEMBLE.
  • TIE ROD &/OR END – DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE RIGHT INNER TIE ROD END AND BELLOWS BOOT, REASSEMBLE.
  • Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
