- PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
- FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customer's concern, that the check engine light is illuminated. Using a scanner I was able to retrieve a stored diagnostic trouble code. P2015 intake manifold Runner position sensor-switch circuit range-performance. This code will set if the ECM has an implausible signal from the intake manifold Runner position sensor. I inspected our previously performed repairs and found no problems. I performed the necessary diagnostic testing and found that the vacuum actuator valve has failed. This vacuum actuator valve is integrated into the intake manifold. Recommend replace intake manifold assembly. (Defective vacuum actuator valve)
