- DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE TRACK BAR, REASSEMBLE. During removal of the aftermarket track bar I found the adjustment nut finger tight. The label on the bar states this nut should be torqued to 200 ft lb with red loctite. There is no evidence of loctite being applied to the fastener. The heim joint threads are beginning to pull out of the bar. In addition, I found the joint seized at the axle end of the bar.
- Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
