- INSPECT AND ADVISE:
- Roadtest, inspect the integrity of the steering and suspension components, inspect the front and rear tires, inspect for excessive "play" in the wheel bearings and other related components, and advise: The vehicle is here today for inspection of growling noise with rotation of the passenger front wheel. I found during today's inspection the growling noise to be coming from the transmission/ transfer case assembly.
- DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLIES, REASSEMBLE, REPLENISH FLUID, TEST FOR PROPER OPERATION.
- Environmental Waste Disposal Fee, EPA ID# CAL000295851
- Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
- Inspect the tire PSI and Inflate to Proper Specifications Front _30____PSI Rear___29__PSI
- REPLACE THE ENGINE AIR FILTER AND CABIN FILTER
- FOUND:
- Install premium grade brake pad set, clean and lubricate the caliper guides and hardware, inspect the hydraulic system reassemble and make adjustments as required. Remove brake rotors for resurfacing or replacement.
- DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE A WORN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL STUD AND LUG NUT, REASSEMBLE.
- Extract the existing brake fluid, replenish the system with fresh fluid, bleed the system of any air or preexisting brake fluid.
- DISASSEMBLE, REPLACE THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL HUB BEARING ASSEMBLY, REASSEMBLE.
