- Clean the battery terminals and cables and connections, reassemble, apply electrical coating, inspect and refill battery water.
- FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the client's concern that the shift indicator does not match the physical ship position of the shifter. I inspected the vehicle control systems and found there are no trouble codes stored. I performed an inspection of the mechanical shift mechanisms and found the shift cable failed at the shift cable adjustment near the transmission.

- THE CUSTOMER STATES THE DASH SHOWS THE SHIFTER IS IN 1ST GEAR WHILE IT'S IN PARK AND WILL NOT LET THE ENGINE START. INSPECT AND ADVISE ON NEEDED REPAIR.
