- A/C NOT BLOWING COLD ON RECENT TRIP TO ARIZONA – ON THE TRIP OUT THERE A VEHICLE LOST CONTROL AND SPRAYED ROCKS AND DIRT ALL OVER THEIR CAR AND BROKE THE WINDSHIELD – THE A/C QUIT WORKING SHORTLY AFTER THAT – THEY ARE MOVING TO ARIZONA ON TUESDAY – A/C performance inspection I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customer's concern, that the AC does not reduce cold air. I suspect the system to be low on refrigerant charge. I performed an inspection of the visually exposed components of the AC system found damage from possibly impact from rocks or pebbles on the front of the condenser assembly. There is an obvious leak where the impact has occurred. Recommended place AC condenser assembly. Recheck and verify for proper operation. Continue diagnosis if needed.
