THE CUSTOMER STATES THE TRANSMISSION "D" LIGHT IS FLASHING. INSPECT AND ADVISE ON NEEDED REPAIR.
FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the client's concern that the check engine light is illuminated and the drive light is flashing. Code P0847 is stored in the transmission control module for a circuit fault with the third gear clutch pressure switch. I performed the necessary diagnostic testing and found the 3rd gear pressure switch has failed.

REMOVE & REPLACE AS REQUIRED FOR REPAIR, INSTALL A NEW PASSENGER SIDE HEADLIGHT BULB AND RECHECK THE SYSTEM OPERATION.
THE CUSTOMER STATES THE "CHECK ENGINE" LIGHT IS ON WITH THE STABILITY CONTROL LIGHT. THEY HAVE BOTH GONE ON AND OFF A COUPLE TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW WEEK WITH NO OBVIOUS SYMPTOMS. INSPECT AND ADVISE ON NEEDED REPAIR.
FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the check engine light is illuminated and there is a misfire concern present. I retrieved diagnostic trouble code p0303 which indicates there is a misfire concern on the number 3 cylinder. I performed the necessary diagnostic testing and found the number 3 spark plug is fouled.
