INSPECT AND ADVISE: I test drove the vehicle approximately 5 miles with no faults. The customer described symptom, that the brakes being not very responsive and that it feels like there's too much pedal travel was not duplicated on my test drive. I inspected the vehicle and found that the rear brakes have 9 mm or more of brake pad life remaining. I found the front brakes to have 5 mm of brake pad life remaining.
FOUND: THE INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE PEDAL TRAVEL IS WITHING FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS. WE FOUND NO OBVIOUS PROBLEMS AT THIS TIME. MONITOR AND ADVISE.

Machine brake rotor as required. Clean the braking surfaces, remeasure the minimum thickness, compare to legal specifications.
