Inspect and make required adjustments to set "toe", "caster", and "camber" to factory specifications on the front and rear suspension (where applicable). Alignment warranty requires tire rotations and checking tire pressure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
NOTE: AT THIS TIME WE ARE INSTALLING NEW REAR KYB STRUTS.

FOUND:I test drove the vehicle and verified the customer's concern. There is a significant noise present while operating the vehicle in four-wheel drive high and four-wheel drive low. I performed the necessary diagnostic testing and suspect that the viscous clutch inside the transfer case is sticking due to fluid breakdown.
I performed the recommended service and test drove the vehicle. The customer described symptom is no longer present.
