    • PERFORM NECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND ADVISE:
    • FOUND: I inspected the vehicle and verified the client's concern that there is an intermittent oil pressure failure warning illuminated in the vehicle information center. I performed necessary diagnostic testing and found the oil pressure sending unit has failed. While inspecting the oil pressure sending unit I found it leaking and the connector is full of engine oil. Recommend replacing the oil pressure sending unit. While test driving the vehicle I found the right side steering controls do not function. There are codes present for a steering pad fault. Recommend replacing the right side steering pad control. The check engine light is illuminated with code P0430. This code indicates the bank 2 catalyst efficiency is below the minimum threshold. During the test drive I monitored the downstream oxygen sensor switch rate. I found the oxygen sensor switch rate well above the maximum limit. I performed an oxygen storage test on the catalytic converter and found there is excessive oxygen available which indicates there is little to no reaction occurring in the catalytic converter. Recommend replacing the bank 2 catalytic converter. This is the radiator side catalytic converter.

    • SERVICE THE SYSTEM AND ADVISE: I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customer's concern, that the AC does not produce cold air. Using our AC machine I found the AC system to be low on refrigerant charge. Further visual inspections found that the AC discharge hose and the AC suction hoses are rubbing together. This worn down the metal piping portion, causing a refrigerant leak. Recommend replace both the AC suction line and the AC discharge lines. Recharge AC system and verify proper operation
