- SERVICE THE SYSTEM AND ADVISE: I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customer's concern, that the AC does not produce cold air. Using our AC machine I found the AC system to be low on refrigerant charge. Further visual inspections found that the AC discharge hose and the AC suction hoses are rubbing together. This worn down the metal piping portion, causing a refrigerant leak. Recommend replace both the AC suction line and the AC discharge lines. Recharge AC system and verify proper operation
- Visual inspections of the system, test pressures, inspect compressor, belt and clutch operation, add refrigerant and retest Post service center outlet temperature: 45° Post service high side pressure: 185 Post service low side pressure: 40
